1. Build rapport with the fans.

often. He makes them laugh; he involves them in his everyday adventures. AKA in
SA has regular Q&A sessions on twitter with his fans.
2. Branch out.
After being around for quite come time in the industry, you
will have created a brand big enough to sell other products. You may then be
able to sell branded material, like t-shirts. Or have a brand designer have you
wear theirs to sell it.

In a country where music doesn’t sell as much as we would
like it to, it’s wise to make music for the people that will pay! This stems
from 1 and 2 above. After building a huge fan base and branding yourself, large
profit-makers will want to use you sell their product.
4. Play live music.
With the tremendous growth of pubs and nightspots in the
country comes a great need for entertainers. Requesting to perform live for
their guests in exchange for splitting profits will make you money.
5. Sell Tracks
Why do you have yo wait until you have an album or mixtape out to start selling your music?
If you happen to be able to hook up gigs, you then should be able to sell your tracks to fans; via Bluetooth and maybe at E5 per track. If, say, 70 people buy the track, you could make E350 per day!
Announce before you leave the stage the tracks you have and the spot at which you shall be selling from.
